SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On May 21, 2017 the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Satterly Road in Ferrisburgh after observing the vehicle commit multiple traffic violations.  State Police made contact with the operator, George Bailey III of Monkton, and detected signs of impairment.  State Police screened Bailey roadside and subsequently took him into custody for DUI.  Bailey was processed for DUI, arrested, and released on a citation to appear at Addison District Court on June 5, 2017 to answer the charge of DUI.
