VIOLATION: Driving Under the Influence

 

ACCUSED: Katherine Manley (12/04/1997)

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On the above date and time, Troopers responded to a report of a 1 vehicle crash located on VT Rt. 100 in the town of Waterbury. A witness advised the vehicle had been unable to maintain its lane of travel and ultimately left the right side of the southbound lane and went into a ditch. Upon arrival, rescue personnel advised the operator who was later identified as Katherine Manley (12/04/1997) continued to try to drive her vehicle out of the ditch. Further investigation found Manley to be in violation of Driving Under the Influence. Manley was subsequently taken into custody and processed at the Middlesex State Police Barracks.
