SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On the above date and time, State Police and the Orange County Sheriff's Department responded to a report of a two vehicle crash on US Rte 302 in Orange.  The investigation showed that Rosenthal was traveling west on US Rte 302 when his vehicle crossed the center line.  Andrews was traveling east and attempted to avoid the collision by driving the right.  Vehicle #1 collided with the driver's side rear of Vehicle #2 and the trailer that was being pulled by Vehicle #2.  Both vehicles came to rest blocking the roadway.  Orange County Sheriff's processed Rosenthal for suspicion of DUI.
