SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On May 27, 2017 at 1:45 am Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on South Main Street in Rutland City for a vehicle traveling north without its headlights illuminated.  A motor vehicle check through DMV indicated that the operator, David Concepcion, 47 of Rutland City was suspended criminally for a previous motor vehicle violation conviction.  Concepcion was cited into Rutland Superior Court on July 3, 2017 at 8:30 am to answer to the above charge.
