When troopers arrived they found a female on the ground approximately 50 feet away from the vehicle with a serious injuries. Powers & Pulver were taken to North Country Hospital due to injuries. Observations made at the scene show the vehicle was traveling northeast on Pepin Rd in the town of Brownington when it into the ditch off the southeast side of the roadway where it struck a driveway culvert causing the vehicle to ‘flip’ multiple times. The crash investigation is on-going but speed appears to be a factor at this time. Alcohol was not a factor.
