SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:


                On the above listed date and time, State Police were dispatched to a report of a dispute occurring in the town of N Troy, VT.  Through investigation it was revealed the accused Fred Bent had caused physical harm to a household member and interfered with access to emergency services.  Bent was subsequently arrested and taken to the State Police Barracks in Derby for processing.
