SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

                On the above date and time, State Police initiated a motor vehicle stop for a traffic violation in the area of Boucher Circle, Derby.  The vehicle was a silver 2002 Ford Focus and the operator was identified as Russel Loiselle.  Loiselle had a criminally suspended Vermont Driver's License and was issued a citation to appear in court on 7/11/17.
