SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

Vermont State Police were called to investigate a motor vehicle complaint on Pine Street in the town of North Troy, Vermont.  Investigation found David Roy Jr., 26 of N. Troy, was driving a non street legal demolition derby vehicle on the roadway while his driving privilege was under criminal suspension.  Roy Jr. was issued a citation to appear in Orleans County Superior Court, Criminal Division on July 24th, 2017 to answer to the charge of driving with a criminally suspended license.
