SUMMARY OF CRASH: On 5/28/2017, at approximately 1219 hours, Vermont State

Police responded to a two vehicle crash on US Route 2 near Jamieson Road in the

town of Danville, VT. Investigation revealed operator 1, Donald McCaffrey (53),

was eastbound on US Route 2 when he went to turn left on Jamieson Road. As

McCaffrey turned he was struck on the front end passenger side in the westbound

lane by operator 2, Grover Potter (77), who was westbound in the travel lane of

US Route 2. McCaffrey, his passenger Shara McCaffrey (63), and Potter were all

transported by CALEX Ambulance to Northeast Vermont Regional Hospital.
