On 4/16/2017 at approximately 1833 hrs Vermont State Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on I-89, South Burlington. Nicholas Chates was identified as the operator and found to be operating the vehicle with a criminally suspended license.
Chates was processed at the State Police barracks in Williston and issued a citation to appear in Chittenden County Superior Court on 5/23/2017.
