SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On April 1st, 2017 at approximately 1754 hours, Vermont State Police conducted a traffic stop on Route 15 in the town of Jericho after observing a motor vehicle violation. The operator of the vehicle was identified as James L. Sweet. A records check showed Sweet’s license was criminally suspended. Sweet was subsequently cited and released to answer to the offense.
