SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 04/28/2017 35 year old Leonard Lockwood JR. of Saint Albans was cited to appear at Lamoille Superior Court, Criminal Division on 05/03/17 to answer to the offense of Criminal Threatening.  On 04/26/17 Lockwood directed threats of death and serious bodily injury to 53 year old Francis Ducharme of Cambridge.  These threats were conveyed by voice mail and through text messages.  These threats are the result of on-going issues between the two parties regarding Lockwood’s ex-girlfriend and child.
