INCIDENT LOCATION: Vermont Route 103, in the town of Rockingham

VIOLATION: DUI

 

ACCUSED: Alberto J. Fonseca

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Naugatuck, Connecticut

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On April, 24, 2017 at approximately 10:47 PM, the Vermont State Police stopped

48 year old Alberto Fonseca on Vermont Route 103 in the Town of Rockingham

(Windham County) Vermont, for a minor motor vehicle violation .

 

Upon further investigation, it was determined that Fonseca was under the

influence of alcohol and later registered a 0.105 % B.A.C. on scene. Fonseca was

arrested and transported to the Westminster State Police Barracks for

processing.

 

Fonseca was issued a criminal citation and is scheduled to appear in Vermont

Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division,  on May 16, 2017 at 0800 hours to

answer to the above charge.
