SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 04/23/17 at approximately 1:52 am, a member of the Vermont State Police stopped a vehicle on Kimball Hill in the Town of Putney for a motor vehicle violation. It was learned that the vehicle was being operated by Shoshana L. Bass, age 29 of Putney, VT. Investigation revealed that Bass was operating under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently administered the Standard Field Sobriety Exercises, but refused to submit a Preliminary Breath Test. Bass was arrested and transported to the Westminster State Police Barracks for processing, and was issued a citation to appear in Windham Superior Court Criminal Division on 05/09/17 to answer to the offense of DUI.
