INCIDENT LOCATION: Mountain Access Road and Birch Hill Road, Winhall

VIOLATION: DUI Drugs, possession of ketamine, and impeding a public officer

 

ACCUSED:  Colin P. Benson                                                          

AGE: 20

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE:  Greensboro, MD

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  

On 04/09/2017, at approximately 1:15am, a member of the Vermont State Police performed a motor-vehicle stop on Mountain Access Road, Winhall. Further investigation revealed that the operator of the vehicle, Colin P. Benson, 20, of Maryland, was operating the vehicle while under the influence of drugs. 


Benson was arrested and transported to the Winhall Police Department where he was processed for DUI, possession of ketamine, and impeding a public officer. He was later released.
