SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 04/04/17 at approximately 1:12 am members of the Vermont State Police responded to the area of mile marker 36 north, for the report of a vehicle parked on the shoulder facing the wrong direction. Investigation revealed that the operator, Alex Gero, 26, of Brattleboro, VT was under the influence of alcohol. Gero was transported to Springfield Hospital, and processed for DUI. Gero was issued a citation to appear in Windham Superior Court Criminal Division to answer to the charge of DUI and Negligent Operation on 04/25/17.
