SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 3/31/17 at approximately 2350 hours while on patrol in the town of Lyndonville, Troopers came upon a vehicle off the roadway. While Troopers were speaking with the operator, identified as Thayer Peterson, they learned he had been consuming alcohol. Peterson submitted to a Preliminary Breath Test roadside which registered a BAC of .148%. Peterson was arrested for suspicion of DUI and transported to the St Johnsbury Barracks for processing. Peterson was released with a citation.
