Initial investigation showed that a Fed-Ex Tandem Tractor Trailer Unit was traveling Northbound on Interstate 89 in the travel lane when the Operator, Richard Collins, lost control of the Tractor Trailer Unit, causing it to travel off the western travel portion of Interstate 89 and overturn.
