SUMMARY OF CRASH:

Mitchell was following Bailey traveling west bound on Route 2 prior to the crash, when she attempted to pass him, as he was turning left into Frye Quarry. Vehicle #1 collided with Vehicle #2 causing extensive front end to vehicle #1. Witnesses reported that Bailey did have his directional on prior to making a left turn. Mitchell was ticketed for operating without a license, operating without insurance, passing on the left and vehicle not inspected.
