SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On April 10th 2017 at approximately 1709 hours, Troopers

with the Vermont State Police performed a traffic stop on US Route 5 in Wells River. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Wayne Tilden. Tilden was found to have a Criminally Suspended License. Tilden was transported to the Vermont State Police Bradford Outpost for processing and was later released with a citation to appear in the Orange County Superior Court on 5/24/2017 to answer to the charge of DLS-C.
