SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On the above date and time the Vermont State Police responded to a single vehicle crash involving a moose on Interstate 91 North at mile marker 151 in the Town of Sheffield. On arrival, Troopers found the vehicle, a purple Cadillac CTS, in the median abandoned. The vehicle sustained extensive front end, hood, and roof damage and was towed from the scene. Witnesses reported the operator of the vehicle, not yet identified, left the scene in another vehicle. The crash investigation is still ongoing.
