INCIDENT LOCATION: (Georgia Shore Road in Georgia, Vermont.

VIOLATION: Violation of an order against stalking or sexual assault, Title 13, V.S.A. Section 1030.

 

ACCUSED: James LaChance                                           

AGE: 43

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Georgia, Vermont.

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

                On April 05, 2017 at approximately 1509 hours the Vermont State Police received a report of a violation of an order against stalking or sexual assault on Georgia Shore Road in Georgia, Vermont.

                On April 10, 2017 at approximately 1920 hours James LaChance, 43, of Georgia, VT, was located and taken into custody. LaChance also had an active warrant for his arrest and was transported to the VSP St. Albans barracks for fingerprinting and processing. LaChance was ultimately transported to the Northwest State Correctional Facility and lodged on $2,500.00 bail.
