SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On April 16, 2017 at approximately 2134 hours the Vermont State Police were notified of a single vehicle crash on Truck Route in Alburgh, VT.  Subsequent investigation revealed that Amy Langevin, age 35 of Alburgh, had been driving while under the influence of alcohol.  Langevin placed under arrest and transported to the St. Albans Barracks for DUI processing.  At the conclusion of which Langevin was release on citation to appear in Grand Isle District Court on May 4, 2017 to answer to the charge of DUI.
