INCIDENT LOCATION: Grand Avenue in Swanton, Vermont.

VIOLATION: Criminal DLS, a violation of Title 23, V.S.A. Section 674.

 

ACCUSED: Christopher Marinoff                                          

AGE: 27

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Highgate, Vermont.

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On April 21, 2017 at approximately 2254 hours the Vermont State Police were conducting motor vehicle patrol on Grand Avenue in Swanton, Vermont. The Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop of a silver Subaru for an equipment violation. The operator was identified as Christopher Marinoff, 27, of Highgate, VT. Marinoff's license was criminally suspended. Marinoff was placed under arrest and transported to the VSP St. Albans barracks for fingerprinting and processing. Marinoff was released on a citation to appear at the Franklin County Superior Court on May 30, 2017 at 1300 hours to answer to the charge of Criminal DLS.
