SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On April 20th 2017, at 2002 hours a member of the Vermont State Police stopped Marvin Leggett on Route 104 in the town of St. Albans due to a motor vehicle violation. Subsequent investigation revealed that Leggett did not possess a valid Driver’s License, and was in fact under criminal suspension at the time of operation. Additionally, it was discovered that Leggett was under Conditions of Release stating he may not operate a motor vehicle without a valid license. Leggett was charged with DLS and Violation of Conditions of Release, and cited to appear in Franklin Superior Court on May 22nd 2017 in order to face the aforementioned charges.
