DOB: 08/25/1923

 

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On April 8, 2017 at approximately 13:29 hours Troopers from the Rutland Barracks responded to Leffert’s Pond in Chittenden, VT which is located off of Wildcat Road for a male that had gotten stuck in the ice.  A witness stated Mr. Graf was going out onto the ice to rescue his dog and was unable to get out of the water while attempting to save his dog.  An autopsy is pending.
