SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On April 5, 2017, at approximately 1612 hours, Troopers from the Rutland Barracks responded to a one-vehicle crash located on Lincoln Hill Road, in Shrewsbury.

 

Initial investigation revealed vehicle #1 was traveling westbound on Lincoln Hill Road.  Operator #1 (Regimbald) lost control of vehicle #1 while traveling around a corner and partially went off the roadway. Operator #1 (Regimbald) attempted to regain control of vehicle #1 and spun around 360 degrees, then exiting the north (right) side of the roadway striking a tree.

 

Operator #1 (Regimbald) suffered injury as a result of the crash and was subsequently transported to Rutland Regional Medical Center.
