SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On April 20, 2017, at approximately 0622 hours, State Police were notified of a theft at DTR Motors in West Rutland, VT. The theft occurred sometime between the hours of 6:00 pm on April 19, 2017 and 6:00 am on April 20, 2017. A set of tires and rims were stolen; the tires were described as General brand with Grabber AT in white lettering on the outside with 16-inch Ford factory alloy rims that have Ford center caps on them.
