SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On April 15, 2017, the Vermont State Police Rutland Barracks responded to a reported assault that had occurred at a fishing location off Galick Rd, West Haven, VT.

 

Investigation revealed that the victim had been physically assaulted by two members of his family after an argument ensued regarding who would drive the family truck.  During the argument, a tackle box had been thrown into the water thus damaging and loosing fishing equipment.  This escalated the argument into a physical altercation between members of the family.

 

Robert Boyer and Jordan Boyer were subsequently arrested for domestic assault. Hunter Boyer was arrested for unlawful mischief.
