SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On April 6, 2017, at approximately 0938 hours, a motor vehicle stop was conducted by Vermont State Police on US Route 4, near West Hill Road, in the town of Killington, VT, for a defective headlight. Upon further investigation, operator Ronald J. Jasmin was found to be criminally suspended. Jasmin was taken into custody and later released on citation to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division on May 15, 2017 to answer to the charge of Operating after suspension criminally.
