SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On April 25th, 2017 at approximately 1856 hours, Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Business Route 4 in Rutland Town, Vermont for an observed traffic violation. The operator was identified as Eric Hall, of Rutland, Vermont. Through investigation it was determined that Hall’s privilege to operator a motor vehicle in the State of Vermont was suspended criminally. It was also determined that Hall was in violation of his conditions of release. Hall was arrested and released with a citation to appear in court at a later date.
