SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On April 20th, 2017 at approximately 1914 hours, Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on South Main Street in Danby, Vermont for an observed traffic violation. The operator was identified as Brian Sendra of Danby, Vermont. Through investigation it was determined that Sendra’s privilege to operator a motor vehicle in the State of Vermont was suspended criminally. Sendra was arrested and released with a citation to appear at a later date.
