SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On March 31, 2017, Troopers from the Rutland Barracks responded to a burglary complaint on VT RT 30 in Wells, Vermont. Investigation revealed that a large quantity of tool had been stolen from a garage. There was no signs of forced entry, and the owner advised that he believed the tools were stolen over a period of time, and not all at once. Items stolen included several chain saws, and numerous power tools.
