SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 04/23/2017 at approximately 1640 hours Vermont State

Police were running stationary radar on I-89 South at MM 9.8. Vermont State

Police observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed confirmed by radar

at 111mph in a 65mph zone. The operator of the vehicle was processed at the

Vermont State Police barracks in Royalton and released on citation to appear in

Windsor Superior Court Criminal Division.
