SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 4-2-17, Troopers from the Royalton Barracks stopped Guhne for speeding on I-89. Investigation revealed that Guhne was in possession of cocaine. Guhne was arrested, processed and cited into Windsor Superior Criminal Court for the offense.
