SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On April 15, 2017 Vermont State Police were running stationary radar on I-89S when a vehicle was observed traveling at 100mph in a 65mph zone. The operator was taken to the Vermont State Police Royalton barracks for fingerprints and photographs. The operator was released upon issuance of a ticket and citation.
