SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 4-7-17, Troopers from the Royalton Barracks stopped Jemas for traveling 116 mph in a 65 mph zone. Jemas was arrested, processed and released with a criminal citation to appear in Windsor Superior Criminal Court to answer to the above offense.
