SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 04/25/17 at approximately 0317 hours, Troopers from the VT State Police Royalton Barracks responded to Chelsea St. in Royalton for a report of an intoxicated driver.  Upon their arrival, they located the vehicle parked on Chelsea St with a female operator. The operator was identified as Calen Vaine. Investigation revealed that Vaine was under the influence of intoxicants. Vaine provided a preliminary breath sample of .085 % BAC and was subsequently arrested for Driving Under the Influence. Vaine was then transported to the VT State Police Royalton Barracks for processing and was released on a citation to appear at Windsor County Superior Court for the charge of Driving Under the Influence.
