SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On the above date and time, Vermont State Police in Royalton responded to a family disturbance at a residence on River Street in Bethel.

During the investigation, it was discovered that Jennifer Booth had driven to the residence and that she was under the influence of intoxicants.

Booth refused to provide a preliminary sample of her breath. Booth was arrested for suspicion of DUI and transported to the Royalton Barracks

for processing. She was released with a citation to appear in Windsor County Superior Court on May 9th, 2017 at 0800 hours.
