INCIDENT LOCATION: Lake Dunmore Rd, Salisbury.

VIOLATION: DUI Drugs #2.

 

ACCUSED: Stephanie Kimball                                              

AGE: 30

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Leicester, VT.

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 04/29/2017, the Vermont State Police were notified of a vehicle which had

driven off the roadway on Lake Dunmore Rd in the Town of Salisbury. Upon

arrival, Troopers identified the operator as Stephanie Kimball (30) of

Liecester, VT.

 

While speaking with Kimball, Troopers detected several indicators of impairment.

Kimball was screened for DUI and was found to be under the influence of drugs.

Kimball was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to the New Haven

Barracks for processing.

 

After her arrest, Kimball was released with a citation to appear in Addison

County Superior Court, Criminal Division on 07/24/2017 at 1230 hours.
