INCIDENT LOCATION: Lower Plains Road, Salisbury

VIOLATION: Domestic Assault

VICTIM: (The Vermont State Police does not release the names of victims of

sexual assault or domestic violence.)

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On March 31, 2017 Vermont State Police received information

about a possible domestic assault that occurred on March 30, 2017. Upon further

investigation it was determined that Brian Bowdish caused injury to a household

member.

 

Subsequently Bowdish was arrested for Domestic Assault and transported to the

New Haven Barracks for processing. Bowdish was released on citation to appear

before the Addison Superior Court.
