SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

In January, 2017, the Washington County Special Investigation Unit opened an investigation in 58-year-old Jeffrey Manning for possible sex offenses. Investigation determined Manning committed lewd and lascivious acts as well as aggravated sexual assault on a female juvenile under the age of 10-years-old at the time of the offense. Additionally, investigation learned Manning is currently on the Vermont Sex Offender Registry.

 

Manning was arrested on April 11, 2017, and arraigned at the Washington Superior Court of Vermont. He was released at arraignment on conditions of release.
