INCIDENT LOCATION: Area of south beach, Westmore

VIOLATION: Under investigation

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

Vermont State Police have identified the suspect in the suspicious incident at the south beach of Lake Willoughby on 04/18/2017.  The suspect has been located and interviewed.  The incident remains under investigation and no arrests have been made at this time.

 

On 4/14/17 at approximately 1600 hours the Vermont State Police had received a call from a subject who advised they were hiking on a trail in Westmore and observed a male hiking the trail with no pants or underwear on, this incident was near the nude beach. The caller advised the male subject continued past them. This incident was not a criminal offense and there is no information to suggest this incident is related to the incident occurring on 4/18/2017.
