SUMMARY OF CRASH: Troopers with the Vermont State Police – Derby Barracks responded to a two (2) vehicle crash on Lafoe Road, Holland, Vermont. Dennis Roberts, 58, of Holland was plowing on Lafoe Road when the plow on the plow truck he was operating struck a parked vehicle. The parked vehicle sustained moderate damage to the front end and front quarter panel.  After speaking with the driver and assessing the scene, it was determined that decreased visibility from heavy snow fall was a contributing factor in this crash. It was determined that neither speed nor alcohol were involved in this incident, however troopers continue to investigate.
