SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 04/28/2017 at approximately 1920 hours, members of the State Police were notified of dog walking down Interstate 91 in the town of Barton. The dog was located on the interstate and brought to the Barton Veterinary Clinic. The dog appeared to be a male Beagle wearing a red collar with no tag. Anyone with information regarding the dog’s owner is asked to contact the Barton Veterinary Clinic.
