ACCUSED:  Patrick Mark Redmond

During the evening hours of April 15, 2017, members of the Vermont State Police were conducting traffic enforcement along the Killington Access Road in Killington, Vermont. At approximately 2250 hours, Troopers stopped a vehicle on Killington Road for an observed traffic violation. The operator was identified as Patrick Mark Redmond, 35, of Killington, VT. Further investigation revealed that Redmond was under the influence of intoxicants. Redmond was screened for DUI. Redmond refused to provide a preliminary sample of his breath. Redmond was transported to the Vermont State Police Barracks in Rutland Town for processing. Redmond was issued a citation to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division on May 1st, 2017 at 0830 hours, to answer to the charge of DUI.
