VIOLATION(S):  Unlawful Trespass, Interference with Access to Emergency Services and Violation of Conditions of Release.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

                On the above listed date and time, State Police were dispatched to a report of a dispute occurring in the town of Barton, VT.  Through investigation it was revealed the accused Joseph Nagle had unlawfully entered a residence, interfered with access to emergency services and violated his conditions of release.  Nagle was located and arrested on 4/25/17 and taken to the State Police Barracks in Derby for processing.
