SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On April 17, 2017 at approximately 1835 hours Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Fisher Pond Road in front of the St. Albans State Police Barracks after observing a vehicle commit several moving violations.

The operator was identified as Audra Boudreau (age 39) of St. Albans. A DMV record check revealed that Boudreau is required to have an Ignition Interlock device in her vehicle, and further investigation revealed that one was not present.

Boudreau was taken into custody and processed at the St. Albans State Police Barracks. She was subsequently released with a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court on May 17, 2017 at 1300 hours to answer the charge of Criminal DLS.
