SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On the above date and time, police observed a vehicle off the roadway in the town of Richmond. The operator was identified as Kelly P. Ravin of Jericho. Through the course of investigation, it was determined that Ravin was under the influence of alcohol. Ravin refused to provide a roadside breath sample. He was subsequently arrested for suspicion of Driving Under the Influence and was taken into custody without incident. Ravin was transported to the Williston State Police Barracks for processing. He was issued a citation to appear in Burlington Superior Court on April 6, 2017 at 8:30 am.
