DATE/TIME: 3/19/17 0107 hours

INCIDENT LOCATION: Interstate 89N, South Burlington

VIOLATION: Gross negligent operation, attempting to elude, violations of

conditions of release, leaving the scene of an accident, possession of heroin,

resisting arrest, and driving under the influence #1.

 

ACCUSED: Kylee Raduechel                                              

AGE: 29

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Colchester, VT

 

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 3/19/17 at approximately 0107 hours Vermont State Police

attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Interstate 89N for numerous motor vehicle

violations in the area of the Winooski River Bridge. The operator of the

vehicle, later identified as Kylee Raduechel (29) of Colchester, attempted to

flee and a pursuit ensued. The pursuit began in Colchester and later ended in

South Burlington with assistance from Burlington Police Department, Chittenden

County Sheriff's Department, Colchester Police Department, Shelburne Police

Department, South Burlington Police Department, Williston Police Department, and

Winooski Police Department. 

 

Further investigation found Randuechel to be in possession of heroin, in

violation of her conditions of release and under the influence of alcohol.

Randuechel was transported to the Williston State Police Barracks for further

processing.

 

The passenger of the vehicle, Bryant McCray (31), was found to have five active

warrants for his arrest . McCray was transported to Chittenden Correctional

Facility to answer for these charges.

 

Randuechel was transported to the Chittenden Correctional Facility for lack of

$5,000 bail for the above offenses.
